Hey Reader heyyyyyyy! My birthday was two days ago! I wanted to wait to write you — so I could tell you how the day went. It was beautiful. 🌅 A 4:45am sunrise drive with breathtaking views (pictured above) Needless to say, this new trip around the sun is off to a joy-filled start. But want to know why I was truly so grateful that day? Because just a few years ago, a day like this would have felt impossible. I would have felt guilty taking this time for myself. But God started changing that in me when He stamped John 4 on my heart. The story of a tired, overlooked woman who meets Jesus at the well. She came for water, weighed down with shame. That’s the vision behind JOYrney Daily™: RESTED & ROOTED. Each day I pray for the women who are still:
And through building a practice of daily meditation around God’s Words (over my own thoughts and fears) now I’ve: ✨ learned how to choose rest without guilt. That’s what I want for you, too. So if you could live out your DREAM day, what would it look like? And if you’ve ever wondered: I want you to know: …And you definitely don’t need to figure it out alone. ✨ Applications for JOYrney Daily™: RESTED & ROOTED are open for one more day now. I’d be honored to hold space for you in this next season. PS: Not your season right now? No worries. Just reply and say “Not now” — I’ll keep you in prayer! With JOY, |

Last week we put together our very first Light & Life Kits… and within 15 minutes they were all gone — I’m talkin’ DUNZO! 😅 Teens, preschoolers, and adults alike received reminders of God’s light and life on October 31st — a day that typically glorifies the opposite. I promised you an update of how it went, so let’s dive in! A Family Project Turned Mission Moment In the week leading...
Hey Reader, Over the past few weeks, I’ve been talking a lot about what it means to walk in the light — to live freely in who we’ve been called to be, even when the world celebrates something different. So with Halloween being tomrrow, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to actually be the light — especially as a mom raising little ones in a world that often glorifies the opposite. Because honestly? As much as I enjoy a good opportunity to transform through dressing up, I can’t get behind...
