Hey Reader heeeyyyy! Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Mine was beautiful. We spent it in Baltimore celebrating my nephew’s first trip around the sun — and for nearly 48 hours… I barely looked at my phone. And honestly? It felt AMAZING. Which was especially meaningful because the the past week I had been sitting with a couple questions inspired by this thought: "Time multiplies whatever you feed it." I heard that while listening to an episode of The Diary of a CEO podcast, and my immediate thought was: What am I feeding my time? Not just with my schedule — but with my attention. That question stayed with me long enough that I recorded and shared this video shortly after 👇🏾 After you watch, I’d genuinely love to hear from you: If you could intentionally dedicate the next 90 days to three things — what would they be? Your answer might reveal exactly what your next season needs. One of my favorite parts has been seeing the comments as women share their own reflections and the things they’re realizing they want to change. It’s a reminder that many of us are asking similar questions — even if we’ve been asking them quietly. Reply to this email or comment on the video and tell me — I read every response! A NEW JOYrney™ Experience for Women Over the past month, I’ve been talking about building something new. And the past two weeks? Morning prayer. Because when women intentionally make space for REST, reflection, and spiritual grounding… transformation follows! A Quick Newsletter Heads Up: As this community grows — and as I pour deeper creative energy into the group and upcoming podcast work — you may notice these newsletters evolving a bit. Starting in May (after Season 5 of the podcast wraps), many emails will primarily share new podcast episodes and occasional reflections connected to the deeper work happening inside the JOYrney Daily™: RESTED & ROOTED accountability group. If these emails have encouraged or supported you in any way, I’d truly love for you to consider joining us inside the community where that encouragement becomes daily practice. 😊

Hey Reader heeeyyyy! Happy FriYAYYYYY! 💃🏾 So I don’t want to start this off heavy – but I’ve been thinking about this all day… Convenience kills. That might sound dramatic — but stay with me for a moment. This reflection actually started with a totally real and very ordinary mom moment. Earlier today, I was cutting grapes for my 20-month-old daughter’s morning snack. As I sliced them in half, I noticed something strange. It’s weird looking, right? 😆 lol One grape had a couple of holes in the...

Hey Reader heeeyyyy! Happy FriYAYYYYY! 💃🏾 How has your week been? Last week stretched me — in the best way. And even though I was exhausted, so much of it felt like affirmation, confirmation, and God giving me the “green light” to do something new (more on that later). Three cities.Three very different rooms. One recurring theme: Alignment. It started with sitting — on a panel with the women of my church, talking about what it means to “Ask Jesus ANYTHING.” The honesty in that room.The...
