Could this bless a woman in your friend+family circle?

Hey Reader heyyyyyy!

Happy Thursday friend, I hope your week has been going well! 🤗

For the past month I’ve been doing some free private 1:1 calls with a ton of exhausted moms and married women.

I’ve been getting such great insights from these calls and the feedback has been that they’ve been super helpful to the women who have taken advantage of them.

So I’ve decided to extend the period that I’m offering them through the end of August (about 20 more slots)!

Right now these sessions are for women who are:

→ moms

→ married, engaged, or seriously dating

→ feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or generally depleted

→ open to an honest conversation about what they're really navigating (i.e. career pivots, motherhood challenges, marriage)

Do you know of anyone who could benefit from this gift?

If you’re not sure how to make the introduction/bring up the conversation, I’m including a little blurb that you you can simply forward (via text or email) below. Feel free to revamp as you see fit:

Hey! My friend, Erica Lasan, is offering complimentary REST & Reflection Sessions for faith-filled moms, wives, and caregivers who are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply needing some space to vent/breathe.
It’s a one-on-one opportunity to slow down, reflect on the season you’re in, reconnect with God’s Word, and explore what it could look like to move through your responsibilities with greater REST, purpose, and JOY.
These conversations are also helping Erica shape a future program for women in this season, but at their heart, they’re simply an opportunity to be encouraged, gain fresh perspective, and remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone. If you’re interested (or even remotely curious), you can book a complimentary session here: http://calendly.com/erica-lasan

Sometimes we think a lot of things need to change in order for us to experience “transformation” or make time for ourselves. But what I’ve been reminded of this month (as I’ve been having these conversations), is that sometimes BIG changes can start with a simple conversation.

The heart behind these chats is that each woman leaves feeling encouraged, loved on, prayed over, and a little lighter than she came! And my prayer is that each session gives space (and voice) to the things that busy women have been feeling – so they can move from feeling depleted and torn in a thousand directions to living with the peace, clarity, and the joyful stewardship that God has intended for us all along! 😊

BTW: if you’re reading this and thinking “man, I’d love to do this for myself!” – friend, I hope you swipe a slot for yourself and I look forward to speaking with you soon!

Have a blessed day!

With JOY,

Erica

Hey Reader heyyyyyy! Happy FriYayyyyy, friend! Not sure if you know this, but today is my birthday! And it's already off to such a beautiful start. 🥹🙌🏾 This morning I returned to the exact same spot where I watched the sunrise and spent time with the Lord on my birthday last year. At this point, I think we've officially started a new tradition. 😊 As I sat with my Bible, prayed, and reflected on this past year (and the fact that I'm stepping into the final year of my 30s 😬), one word kept...

Hey Reader heyyyyyy! It has been MONTHS since we've last spoken... and friend, I've missed you! I pray you've been well, that your summer is off to a beautiful start, and that you've found moments of rest, joy, and God's presence in the midst of whatever this season is bringing your way. Over here, life has been full of change. And if I'm honest, one prayer has been on: "Lord, please give me the courage to do the scary things." Lately, I've realized that most of the scary things God is asking...

Hey Reader heeeyyyy! Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Mine was beautiful. We spent it in Baltimore celebrating my nephew’s first trip around the sun — and for nearly 48 hours… I barely looked at my phone. And honestly? It felt AMAZING. Which was especially meaningful because the the past week I had been sitting with a couple questions inspired by this thought: "Time multiplies whatever you feed it." I heard that while listening to an episode of The Diary of a CEO podcast, and my immediate...
