As we stand on the edge of a new year, I’ve been reflecting — not on everything I did in 2025, but on who I was becoming as I walked through it. Last year, I felt nudged to rethink how I approached vision casting. So instead of goals alone, I paid attention to fruit. Here are my Top Five from 2025 — not as highlights, but as a form of gratitude for what God has done. 1. Growing my faith 2. Obedience to a faith-stretching assignment There were moments it felt big… and definitely moments when I experienced Imposters Syndrome and it felt scary. But thankfully, faithfulness has a way of compounding! 🥹 3. Building community — in real life and in this digital space I also deepened relationships within my local church community — friendships that have sharpened me and stretched me in ALL the best ways. And here — this newsleter community — has meant more than you know. Your conversations, messages, podcast guests, video comments, and shared stories are not taken for granted. 4. Learning to swim (literally) A small win on paper — but a huge reminder that courage grows with practice. 5. Serving with what I had That obedience opened doors I couldn’t have orchestrated and allowed me to be present — not perfect — just faithful. When I look back, the theme that keeps rising is this: FAITHFULNESS. JOY grew where simplicity lived. As I step into 2026, I think I sense a new theme forming — one I’m still praying through, but already excited about: GOD-fidence with Diligence. Confidence rooted in God. I’ll share more about what that looks like soon. But for now, I’d love to hear from you. 👉🏾 What are your Top 5 from 2025? Hit reply and tell me! I promise, I read every response. Here’s to a faith-filled, fun, and fruitful New Year 🥂 With JOY, P.S. Hey Reader heeeeyyyy! Christmas week is officially over and the new year is right around the corner — cue the cocoa, cookies… and the creeping overwhelm of “New Year, New You” Resolutions. But before we get there, just in case you need it – let me share a small but freeing truth: Overwhelm isn’t a sign you’re failing. It’s a sign that your JOY rhythms (and systems!) could use a reset. So if you only take one thing from this note, let it be this:Keep it simple. “Are you ready for Christmas?”...

Hey Reader, heyyyyyy! Happy FriYAYYYYYYY! I’ve got a bit of a storytime for you today — one I believe will set somebody free. Because this is the JOY I want for you every day (👇🏾). Like legit. When was the last time you felt like your life was a movie? Lol “...Is the marriage good?” The question caught me off guard. Not because I didn’t know the answer — but because of everything it brought up. I hadn’t seen my aunt in over 12 years, and the last time we talked, I was in my late 20s. Since...
