Hey hey, Reader! Can you believe we’re already halfway through the year?! 😮💨 We’re halfway through 2025 — and if your goals feel a little off or outdated… you’re not alone. If you’ve been feeling off-track, stuck, or unsure about your goals, consider this your mid-year permission slip to pause, reset… and pivot with JOY. Last week, I revisited my VISION B.I.N.G.O. board and had a moment of clarity: Some things I set out to do this year still deeply resonate. Others? Not so much. Yes, there’s been growth (our baby girl Kaiya just turned one — praise God!), but there were also goals on that board that no longer felt aligned. Some things were nice ideas… but not for this season. So at the start of June I made a decision: To LOG OFF, so I can LOCK IN. For the next 30 days, I’m unplugging from social to reconnect with the bigger vision God’s placed on my heart —especially the one to help women grow deeper in faith and study scripture (more on that below! ☺️). Now let’s talk about you! If you’ve been feeling:
Mid-year isn’t the time to quit — it’s the time to pivot with purpose. Here are a few ways that you can get going, and reset your vision with clarity (and JOY):
This is your chance to realign your goals with what actually matters. So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to switch gears, this is it. I’m rooting for you, and can’t wait to see where your vision takes you! We’re on the JOYrney™ together …ONE feel-good thing at a time! Erica P.S.: I’d love your help! If that sounds like something your soul’s been longing for — reply “I’m in” and I’ll make sure you’re the first to know as it comes together. ☺️ You can also help in a small way: Share this week’s video message! Because the truth is: someone out there is waiting for the nudge you’ve probably already received. The JOYrney To Purpose® Podcast If you’ve been stuck in doing mode, this episode will hit different. In this week’s episode of the JOYrney To Purpose® Podcast, I’m walking you through Luke 10:38–42 — the story of Mary and Martha – and how easily we can confuse service with surrender. If you’re tired of feeling busy I’m sharing a few personal revelations that helped me reframe my time, priorities, and presence with God. We’re talking about the difference between performance and presence… and how to choose JOY in a world that’s constantly asking us to do more.

Every single share makes a difference! Work With Me! If you're ever curious or in need, here are other ways I can support your JOYrney™ BTW: If you’re a nurse/working in healthcare (or know someone who is) and you’re seeing burnout firsthand, I’d love to explore how we can bring more JOY to the healthcare system. I’m conducting a personal survey to hear more about your experiences and how together we can better support you as you care for others!

The JOYrney™ isn’t always loud… but it’s always leading somewhere. 😉 Hey Reader, Happy FriYAYYYYYYY!!!! I’ve been feeling a little ✨SPARKLY✨ this week — but not because of anything particularly flashy. More because I’ve been sitting with a question: How do you lead when the work you’re doing goes unseen? That’s the question I’ve been sitting with lately — especially with all 3 kiddos home for summer break. This season has slowed me down (whether I planned for it or not 😅), and in that...
Hey Reader, Happy FriYaaayy! I wanted to share something a little personal with you today. UPATE: I didn’t get the job. (I told you I’d keep you updated!) But here’s the thing: I’m actually celebrating this “no.” When something doesn’t work out the way you planned, it’s so easy to feel discouraged or question your worth. But this experience? It left me feeling incredibly grateful. Here are 4 reasons I’m celebrating this “no”. The JOY of putting myself out there in a new way — and remembering...
Hey Reader, Happy Tuesday! How is your week going so far?! My first full week of being 38 wore me OUT. But in all the best ways possible. 😊 Lol Every year for my birthday I spent time to really reflect. I typically do this as a journal entry – but this year I did it as a LIVE podcast episode. This past year has taught me more than any planner, productivity hack, or hustle ever could. It’s taught me about rest.About abiding.About slowing down enough to hear God’s voice whisper. So for my...
